Every project needs to start somewhere, right? What better place than with research, analysis and carefully thought out information architecture.

Next, we take your vision and begin to form the basis for site structure and layout. This "planning phase" is often overlooked but we feel it's an essential part of the process that helps set the tone for the rest of the project.

Now that we have the requirements and planning out of the way, we can get to the part that everybody loves—the site's look and feel.

We take our knowledge from the planning stage and begin to hash out conceptual design and a user interface that best suits the needs of the project. Prototyping and graphic design lie at the core of this phase.

During this final stage of the design and development your site is presented for user testing to help iron out any usability or accessibilities issues. Interface inconsistencies are addressed and sign off on the final design is agreed. The website is made live.

How do I get started?
Download and complete our Project Planner then .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) it to us.
When will I get a quote?
Once you've submitted the project planner we will aim to respond with a formal proposal within 3 to 5 business days.
When can you start?
We like staying busy! Our current lead time to begin new work is currently 1 week.
What do you charge?
We do have a standard hourly rate of £55 but most of our work is quoted on a per project basis.
What is your payment schedule?
40% deposit, 50% on completion of the deliverables, 10% following go live.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made by cheque, Bank transfer or Payal.
Do you offer website hosting?
Yes, we have a number of custom hosting packages available upon request. We also offer free web hosting to customers who sign up for our managed service offering.
Do you offer after sales support?
Yes, once your website is live any minor changes are provided free within the first two weeks. Support thereafter is charged at our standard hourly rate.
What's included in your managed service?
Free web hosting, email, backups and website statistics. At least 16 hours a month towards adds, moves and changes. Plus a bundle of additional extras.
